Anamitra Bhattacharyya

Anamitra is the lead developer and architect for the Maximo Integration Framework and Maximo Automation Scripting. He has been involved with the Maximo platform development for over 15 years. He is currently leading the Maximo API strategy for the Maximo NextGen platform. Anamitra is also an IBM STSM and Master Inventor.

Aaron Easton
Mr. Easton is currently the Lead Maximo Administrator and C21 Engine Manager for M1 Support Services, LP.  He has over 21 years of experience in all aspects of military aviation.    Aaron has in charge of customizing Maximo to satisfy a wide variety of unique contract reporting and operational requirements for the company.   Aaron has expended significant effort training and mentoring other Maximo users within the company.  Aaron has succeeded in expanding the Maximo Knowledge base both inside and outside of M1.  Aaron has succeeded in pushing M1’s Maximo Aviation Management implementation to heights others have viewed as impossible.
M1 Support Services (M1) is a service-disabled veteran-owned, woman-owned business with a wide range of capabilities in aviation support services, logistics, information technology, training services, supply chain management, acquisition and facilities and equipment maintenance.   M1 selected  IBM Maximo to provide additional software process capabilities within M1 Support Services.

Anthony Honaker
As Vice President of Product Strategy and Development, Mr. Honaker is responsible for Cohesive’s solution development organization, including Product Strategy, Product Management, Development, Product Services and Support.
Mr. Honaker has more than 20 years of experience in the Enterprise Asset Management market, performing a variety of roles including Consulting, Education, Account Management, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and Strategy, and Product Design and Architecture. Prior to joining Cohesive, Anthony held various product leadership roles for MRO Software and IBM, where he was responsible for the strategic direction, design and delivery of Maximo.  Anthony holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University.

Alvin F. Smith, Jr.

Alvin F. Smith is the Facilities Planning Manager for the US Department of the Treasury’s Bureau Engraving and Printing (BEP). Prior to his appointment he was an Industrial Engineer for BEP and Operations and Project Manager for various private sector companies. He received his BS from Virginia State University and his MS and MBA from the University of Maryland.

Bill Cary

Bill Cary has been in the IT business for over 30 years with experience in higher education, IT administration, network engineering, on site services, support, architecture, and support management.  After 18 years in various roles with the Maximo team, Bill has continued to grow his expertise by becoming involved with the TRIRIGA product line managing the World Wide Level 2 support team.  Bill is a certified technical thought leader and is heavily involved in IBM's transformation and continued leadership in the IoT business.
Ben Warborg
Ben Warborg is the Central Maintenance Manager at Hydrite Chemical Co with over 15 years in the chemical industry.  He has been with Hydrite for 6 year and has been the Hydrite Maximo system administrator for 5 years.  Ben has been involved in the development of Maximo at Hydrite including the roll out of Maximo at all 8 operation sites, development and implementation of purchasing process for Hydrite’s Food Equipment segment, and the upgrade to 7604.  Currently Ben is working with CFI to develop new SQRA processes for Hydrite utilizing Maximo’s capabilities.  Along with these new projects Ben has continued to use his knowledge of Maximo’s capabilities to improve the existing Maximo system.
Bradley Stockdale
Senior Business Systems Analyst, Realty Services, PNC Bank
Brad serves as PNC's Sr. Business Systems Analyst and Sr. Developer for the TRIRIGA application and is responsible for the application and platform maintenance and enhancements. He has worked in this capacity since 2013, supporting the implementation and customization of the Leasing, Space and O&M modules, as well as various interfaces between TRIRIGA and external systems. Brad has more than 20 years of software development and system/network administration experience. His background includes development across various languages, experience with multiple relational database management systems, Linux and Windows administration, and Archibus and TRIRIGA development.

Cher Nicastro

Cher Nicastro founded the TRIRIGA development team in 2000. Since then she has had many roles working with TRIRIGA in development, services, customer success, and product management. She currently leads offering management of the IBM TRIRIGA SaaS offerings. Prior to TRIRIGA she was a consultant specializing in energy efficiency projects at Comfort Systems USA and ESS Engineering. She has a degree in Computer System Engineering and MBA specializing in technology management.

Claire Penny
World Wide Solution Leader, Internet of Things, IBM
Dr Claire Penny is a World Wide Solution Leader in IBM’s Internet of Things (IoT) business unit. She has a career spanning over 15 years with IBM that has enabled her to be involved with IoT projects since 2009. Her first IoT project involved taking sensor data from equipment, supporting sub-systems, and external sources and aggregating this with data to allow analytics to be applied. The insights and outcomes from the analysis delivered condition based maintenance resulting in savings in maintenance and energy costs. She is a regular public speaker and has written numerous articles related to the Internet of Things Solutions. Before joining the world of the paid workforce, Claire attained a PhD from Liverpool John Moores University and an MSc attend from University College London. Outside of IBM, Claire’s commitments include: - Non-executive Director of WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment) Ireland.

Catherine Swift Sennett, Esq.
Catherine Swift Sennett, Esq. is the Partner in charge of Advisory Services for Jackson Cross Partners (JCP).  She has been a licensed attorney since 1983, as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker in PA and NJ. Ms. Sennett manages a full-time staff of fourteen attorneys and real estate professionals, as well as thirty attorney contractors who assist JCP on large scale abstracting and lease administration projects. Her corporate real estate experience also includes Strategic Planning and Operational Audits, and she has worked with large, multi-market portfolios to develop significant cost savings procedures for clients.
Christopher B. Wood
Christopher B. Wood is Vice President in the Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC) at FedEx Services.  Chris and his peers led the design and creation of the FSSC which began operations in September of 2013.  He currently leads the Corporate Administrative Solutions and Transformation Team.  This team provides Governance, Project Management, Business Process Engineering, Application Design and Support for key back office systems.  These Centers of Excellence include the Financial Center of Excellence (FCOE), Enterprise Contracts and Real Estate (EnCoRE), HR/Payroll, Back Office Business Intelligence (BOBI), and Governance and Risk Management systems.  CAST’s mission is to support the FSSC and FedEx organizations around the globe with business solutions and management advisory services.
 
Prior to joining the Financial Shared Services Center, Mr. Wood served as the FedEx Services Controller beginning on 2001.  Mr. Wood has also served as Director of Financial Reporting at FedEx Corporation.  Mr. Wood originally joined FedEx in 1998.  His career at FedEx has demonstrated success in the areas of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and numerous projects deploying enterprise processes and systems on a global basis.  Mr. Wood’s experience includes positions in Internal Audit, Finance, Accounting and Project Management in several large companies in Memphis including Jostens, ServiceMaster, and Holiday Corporation.  He also served as an officer in the United States Navy.  Mr. Wood is a native Memphian with strong ties to the community.  He is active in his Church and volunteers his time on various community service projects including the FedEx House.

Dan Boyle

Dan Boyle is an Information Technology Specialist at the Smithsonian Institution.  He began his Tririga journey in 1995 implementing SPAN-FM and has worked with the application as it evolved from SPAN-FM to IBM Tririga.  Mr. Boyle has been with Smithsonian since 1998 (the last 11 years as an employee).  He is a graduate of Penn State and lives in Ashburn, Virginia.

David B. Dilworth, Esq.
David B. Dilworth, Esq. helps clients better understand real estate challenges, manage their portfolio information, and develop processes to align real estate decision making to the overall business strategy. A licensed attorney and Real Estate Salesperson, he worked on the transaction management team and in business development before moving into his current role as Executive Director.  He is a leading industry expert on the effects that the new Lease Accounting changes will have on corporate real estate decisions, and has spoken extensively on this subject.

David Gasdia

Dave is the worldwide leader of the Maximo Offering Management team for the IBM Watson IOT software organization.  Over the past 15+ years, he has played a major role in the growth, expansion and success of the Maximo Asset Management software portfolio.    Dave has worked in product development, support and product management, focusing on overall client and industry needs, market requirements, product strategy, investment and product direction.   He is currently working with his team to create exciting new IOT offerings in support of asset management and cognitive analytics.

Dan Mazzella

Mr. Mazzella is Level 3 Development Lead, coordinating Platform, Application, Cad teams across the globe.   He has been with the TRIRIGA product since 2001, and has served a number of different roles in  Services, Support, IT, and Development over the years. Among other projects, Dan has been a driving force in the adoption of WebSphere Liberty within the IBM TRIRIGA organization, and in the customer base.

Damon Smith

Mr. Smith serves as the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Environmental and Energy Functional Lead for the CBP Facilities Management and Engineering (FM&E) TRIRIGA program.  He has served as the Project Manager on several TRIRIGA initiatives, including Cultural Resources in TRIRIGA, Capital Project Performance Metrics, and Centralized Utilities. 
Mr. Smith joined CBP’s FM&E  Air and Marine Facilities office in October 2009 as a program analyst and developed their SAP centralized acquisitions program.  After leading the Air and Marine Facilities TRIRIGA transition effort, Mr. Smith joined the TRIRIGA Program Office in 2012.  Prior to joining CBP, Mr. Smith served as a Federal Auditor for KPMG LLP., leading annual financial statement audits for clients including United States Geological Survey and The America Council on Education.

Her current focus is on TRIRIGA'S lease accounting solution as well as facilities and energy management. Janmarie Kent

Janmarie Kent has been presenting training for over 15 years to groups of all sizes.  She has presented at Magna employee meetings with attendance of 100+, and delivered Lean Manufacturing Training as well as Standardized Work Training to a plant wide population of over 1000. Janmarie has become very active in the Maximo user community over the past few years, and has presented at the previous two Interconnect conferences in Las Vegas as well as the previous two MUG Summits in Cincinnati. Jean Chick
Jean Chick leads Deloitte Consulting’s TRIRIGA practice which is responsible for many of the world’s largest TRIRIGA implementations and employs over 50 TRIRIGA specialists that focus on helping clients get the most out of their IWMS. Jean is also the leader of Deloitte’s LeasePoint product offering.   Jean was previously a CPA and Partner in Deloitte’s Audit practice and is the former leader of Deloitte's Corporate Real Estate Services Group, where she was responsible for overall strategy, design, transaction management, facilities management, and program management for North America and India.
 
Mr. Jim Barlow

Jim Crosskey

Joern Ploennings

Joern Ploennigs is principal scientist at IBM Research, Ireland. Prior to joining IBM, he was leading the junior research group “Energy Design" at Technische Universitaet Dresden, Germany, as well as the data analytics group in the Irish strategic research cluster ITOBO as Feodor-Lynen fellow of the Humboldt-Foundation. He holds a master in electrical engineering for automation and control and a PhD in computer science from TU Dresden. His research interests include cognitive IoT, semantics, automated system design, data analytics, and visualisation in automation systems and smart city applications

Joe Potter
Joe is an Associate Partner in IBM’s Global Business Services’ Digital Operations Service Line, where he leads Asset Management solutions across Europe.  He has asset management systems strategy and implementation consultancy experience, including Maximo and TRIRIGA, with multi-national “blue chip” and public sector clients globally, having worked on the management of complex assets for over 35 years. 
He directs AM systems strategy and implementation projects with complex global clients.  He now concentrates on property systems and has contributed widely to IBM’s ‘Smarter Buildings’ solutions.  He is also the IBM TRIRIGA Services lead for Europe.  He is currently the IBM Chief Architect for the UK MoD DIO TRIRIGA implementation programme.  Joe holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Environmental Sciences and an MBA.  He is a Member of the Institute of Asset Management.

In 2014 Kyle began working with the O&G / HSE team focusing on designs related to Incident Management, Mobile Incident Reporting, Investigations, and Operator Log while also contributing designs across the O&G/HSE platform.   Kyle received a BA degree from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, with a  double major in business and government and an MBA and MS degree in Accounting from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.

Kenneth L.  Korba

Kenneth L.  Korba is currently the Director of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Special Projects Team, responsible for the SOARD (Service Oriented Architecture Research and Development) program which using Agile principles to implement  IBM Maximo across the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). The DVA has a portfolio of over 5,000 buildings. VHA has 153 Medical Center Campuses and over 800 Outpatient Clinics. Mr. Korba has 44 years of Federal Government service including his time in the US Navy. Mr. Korba possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Southern Illinois University, and a Masters Degree in Program and Project Management from George Washington University and has led many IT and non-IT projects across his career. His background is diverse across many disciplines including Biomedical Engineering, Logistics, Facility Management, Organizational Change Management, Business Process Reengineering and IT Project Management. Mr. Korba possesses a PMP Credential from the Project Management Institute.

Kiel Schmitz

Kiel Schmitz is the Facilities Data Coordinator for Saint Paul Public Schools. He attended the University of Wisconsin, studying Civil and Environmental Engineering. He has worked with the District since 2007, working to implement TRIRIGA as the District's IWMS solution in 2012/2013. He is a certified TRIRIGA Application Developer, and has worked with Business Partners to identify and expand the functionality of TRIRIGA for the District. In 2016 the School Board approved a ten year Facilities Master Plan, securing $870 million in funding, thanks in part to information collected with TRIRIGA.

Louis J. Battagliese, Jr.

Lou Battagliese is a founding principal of Jackson Cross Partners (JCP). Active in real estate since 1984, he has worked in a variety of roles implementing technology and assisted many corporate and institutional investment clients on a variety of projects valued at over $2.0 billion. Lou is an acknowledged thought leader in the areas of corporate real estate finance and strategy. He has provided expert counsel to clients related to compliance and strategic planning for the changes to the Standard for Lease Accounting that are being implemented by the FASB and IASB in the coming year.

William (Liam) Digman

Mr. Digman serves as the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) TRIRIGA program manager for the CBP Facilities Management & Engineering (FM&E) TRIRIGA instance.  CBP uses TRIRIGA to manage its extensive real property portfolio, relying heavily on the portfolio, projects, leasing, and reporting capabilities in TRIRIGA.  The program office is responsible for the day-to-day functional and project support for TRIRIGA. 
Mr. Digman has been with CBP since May 2012.  Before coming to CBP, he was a financial systems specialist at Defense Finance and Accounting Service, and previous to that worked in manufacturing and consulting as an IT professional in many capacities.

Lisa Stuckless
Lisa Stuckless is an Offering Manager for the Maximo Asset Management solution. She has worked with the Maximo product line for over 14 years where her responsibilities include design and product strategy for Maximo and multiple Industry Solutions and Add-ons.

Mr. Mark Johnson
TRIRIGA Technical Services Lead, EDI

Mr. Johnson currently runs EDI's Tririga Development team. Mark has 8 years' experience in developing TRIRIGA solutions in Real Estate Lease, Capital Projects, Facility Assessment, and Space Management. His experience includes performance optimizing Tririga workflows for a variety of clients, teaching the Application Platform I and II classes as well as writing the IBM Tririga Development Certification exams.



Matt Bryant

DC Water, IT Project Support Lead for Maximo

For over 10 years, Mr. Bryant has worked on a wide range of IT engagements from Application Development to Enterprise Architecture to System Implementations & Integrations. Since 2007, his focus has been the implementation & configuration of IBM’s Maximo Asset Management software. He has supported clients in a number of industries (e.g. Freight Transportation, Nuclear & Traditional Power Utilities, and Department of Defense). Mr. Bryant has developed a broad working knowledge of business processes and best practices within Asset Management, Work/Maintenance Management, Material Management, Supply Chain Management (e.g. Procurement) as well as Financial Management.   

He is the Project Support Lead for Maximo under the IT Department as well as acting Work & Asset Management Lead for the IT Dept. Responsible for all implementations and changes to Maximo including projects, integrations and hardware support and supporting GIS and mobility systems.


Specialties: Since 2007, Mr. Bryant's focus has been the implementation & configuration of IBM’s Maximo Asset Management software.

Michael Hayes
Director of Development and Lab Services, Aquitas Solutions
As Director of Development and Lab Services, Michael Hayes brings 25 years of product development, systems integration, technical instruction, and leadership experience. For the last 17 years, he has worked with the IBM Maximo product.  Prior to joining Aquitas, Michael was a Senior Solution Architect for IBM.  He came to IBM through their acquisition of MRO Software in 2006.  While at IBM, Michael was a lead architect for many of IBM’s Smarter Planet Solutions. He was also a lead architect in other IBM Smarter Solution products for the Chemicals and Petroleum, Aerospace, Utility, and Transportation Solutions.  Since joining Aquitas, Michael has continued architecting and leading the development of IoT solutions and adding additional functionality to Maximo for Health, Safety and Environmental processes.  Michael completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University  in Provo, Utah.

As a Program Manager with DataSplice, Michael has acted as a conduit between customers and the development team at Datasplice over the past four years. Michael brings over eight years of Maximo experience to DataSplice, having provided direction and management of projects in several industries, including energy, utilities, municipalities, facilities, and within the Federal sector. His background in both technical and functional aspects enable him bring a holistic perspective to mobility projects, as well as architecting solutions to optimize business process and related data

Pam Denny
Pam is a Senior Analytics Architect for IBM’s Maximo Asset Management product.  This suite of Analytic tools includes the Enterprise reporting tools of BIRT and Cognos, along with the most recent addition of Watson Analytics.
For over 15 years, Pam has worked directly with clients and business partners in identifying analytic needs and product roadmap direction.  Additionally, she has worked to increase their understanding of Maximo's Analytic features through training, demonstrations, reference materials, and best practices.  She also regularly speaks at National and Local User Conferences, Client Sites and in web seminars.  

Paul Lacey

Paul has been involved with the TRIRIGA product for over ten years in a variety of capacities at TRIRIGA and IBM.  In his current position, Paul is an Offering Manager within IBM's Internet of Things division, with responsibility for TRIRIGA integrated workplace management solutions, including analytics, mobility, and BIM solutions.

 

Prior to his current role, Paul managed the IBM TRIRIGA Level 2 Support team, assisting TRIRIGA customers in their transition into the IBM support systems following IBM's acquisition of TRIRIGA.  At TRIRIGA, Paul was Director of Customer Success, with responsibilities for TRIRIGA's Customer Support and Training programs.

Peter Lemon
As Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the UK Ministry of Defence - Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), Peter is responsible for seamlessly bringing the organisations’ people, technology and processes together through technological transformation, information service delivery and process management and improvement. Working closely with all areas of DIO business Peter ensures information technology continues to add value in delivering DIO business through the e-enablement of efficient and effective processes.
 
Peter joined the MOD in 1985 with Military Survey and has held roles with the RAF, Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) and Defence Estates (now known as DIO). 
Peter has led a number of projects and studies delivering estate focused transformation, business improvement solutions, complex supply chain strategies and procurement planning, including the creation of the MOD Physical Condition Grading Methodology, Estate Planning Tool, Defence Accommodation Management Strategy and the Armed Forces Affordable Homes Study.  More recently, Peter led the Asset Management Information Study and Technology Solution (TRIRIGA) programme, which has been instrumental in defining key elements of the DIO Enhanced Operating Model.

Rahul's interest lies in improving asset lifecycle and supply chain using innovative technologies like Mobility, Internet of Things and Cognitive computing and is a key contributor to various innovation projects on the industrial use of cognitive computing. He has worked on Maximo since 2003 first with MRO and now with IBM and is a frequent speaker at international conferences.
Randy Smith

Mr. Smith brings over 30 years of experience as a Technical Consultant and Consulting Manager. He has worked in both the computer industry and in manufacturing, engineering, and management arena. He specializes in design, implementation, customization and support of IWMS, CMMS, and CAFM systems and solutions. He has managed projects implementing Property Management, Space & Move Management, Capital Project Management, Demand and Preventive Maintenance Management, interfaces to IWMS systems, Centralized Helpdesks, Asset Management, Fleet Management, and Facility Condition Assessments.
